The Mountain Sunrise Room is a beautiful one-bedroom/one-bathroom relaxation destination. Featuring a private entrance, spacious backyard, six-person hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and covered pavilion. One mile to downtown Nashville/Broadway Short walk to Germantown, Brooklyn Bowl, Sounds Stadium, The Gulch, and Marathon Village. Free street parking is available in front of the house. We believe that Black Lives Matter, No Human is Illegal, and Love is Love. Vibrant and Relaxed

Jordan was very responsive from the beginning! My wife and I had a great stay. Great room for two people. Germantown has a ton a great restaurants and bars within walking distance and downtown is a short drive away! Jordan was helpful in recommending places . We will definitely be back here for our next visit to Nashville! Couldn’t be any happier with our stay and our host . Thanks again

Such a cute spot! We enjoyed the snacks provided (we were hungry after a long flight) and we loved the tub and the outdoor area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean! Loved the style and the attention to details of the airbnb, would definitely come back again!

We live in a very walkable part of town, with several restaurants, bars, and shops only a few blocks away.
Weed is legal in Tennessee (Delta 8) and available within 5 blocks.
There are electric bicycles and scooters for rent 6 blocks down Monroe.
In general, Uber is better staffed and much faster than Lyft.
