The house was very clean when we arrived. Spacious and reflected the pictures. Plenty of room for activities.

Because of previous reviews, I was very worried about the check in process. This must have been fixed, because check in was seamless! Gorgeous place, wonderful memory. Only complaint whatsoever was that the tap water stinks. I guess it was the area. Would 100% stay again!

Southern Comfort was a poor host. They did not answer in a timely manner at check-in. Check-in was far from seamless, I had to physically drive to office. Once at office Kim was very nice and seemed as if she wanted matter resolved however when arriving back to Cabin 25 min later matter was not resolved. Made numerous phone calls to get voice mail each time. Finally I was contacted by yet another person that was able to unlock cabin from her phone. This was now 1 h and 45 min after arriving that we were inside cabin. I then had to make more calls and messages to get door code for the secondary structure on property. Once all access to property was granted the cabin was great! The cabin accommodated our family well, it was decorated nicely for Christmas which was appreciated. The cabin was clean and layout was great. I would recommend taking extra linens if you plan to use any of common spaces for sleeping, there were not extra linens as described that we found.

Beautiful place. Beautiful lake view. Very well stocked with cooking appliances and everything you may need in the kitchen for large group (13 guys). Wifi was weak, but that’s expected in the woods. We plan to return for our next retreat!

Stunning main house in a beautiful location with a fun game room. Room above the garage had a bad smell. Check in took over an hour due to Management providing incorrect door codes. Wifi was very weak.
