We can't thank Nick enough, we had a difficult situation due to a house fire and had to extend our stay as well as have an immediate check-in. Nick was understanding and kind the entire time and made sure we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well furnished and there was plenty of room for us and our pets.

I enjoyed Nick's house. Everything was brand new and clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had a coffee pot just like I have at home. It had plenty of room and the kitchen amenities we're all there. Definitely will stay again.

Nick’s check in communication was great. I waited until the next day to communicate with Nick about some of the issues and to my surprise it was blamed on the “cleaning company” and less than accommodating. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but when things continued to get worse and I pay for a “cleaning fee” upon booking, I expect it to be clean. When we arrived to the home it was less that acceptable. There were dead bugs and chunks of black hair all over the floor, all 3 bathrooms were left with dirty toilets ( urine and chunks of feces), sinks had hair and toothpaste in and on the faucets, and the hall bth shower had a used bar of soap covered in hair. The M. Bth had two dirty towels hanging on the towel bar and hair all over the shower. The first night we went to get into one of the beds and upon pulling the covers back the sheets were likely never changed from the previous guest, and was covered in dirt, hair and make-up. It was absolutely disgusting. Dirty dishes left in DW.
