Casita in town Kanab for "Value Seekers" up to 6 Guests. Newly renovated, walking to shopping/restaurants, and all the attractions. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, 1 Bath, and kitchen/dining area on the ground floor. Downstairs has a pass-through bedroom with 2 twin beds or a king bed. There is also a bathroom and a queen size bed. Bryce and Zion National Parks Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are less than 2 hours away. Our home has an entirely new interior with new appliances, flooring, beds, and furnishings. It is not elaborate but very comfortable and functional. All bedding, towels, etc. are included. There is a Washer and Dryer with this unit also. It has new heat/AC units to keep the temperature comfortable year-round. The backyard has a patio with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and outside furniture. There also is a very large shade tree for outdoor comfort in summer.

This was my first trip to Kanab, planned last minute, and I had a great stay at the casita! The place was spotless. You would never know it is pet-friendly but I do so appreciate that it is. The location was perfect with great access to hiking, biking, restaurants/shops, and a grocery store just across the street. No complaints but many thanks!

The Casita is as described, and it was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking, there is a washer and dryer in the house, the beds are comfortable, and layout of the house is very comfortable. It is conveniently located across the street from a grocery store. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

The casita was clean and convenient and great for the price. Area around was really nice and it was easy to walk to the center of town.

It is located on an secondary street so there is little road noise. it is next to an empty lot on the north side, on the east side the nicest Grocery store in Kanab, on the south side there is a nice family, and on the west side is a Church that very rarely has any activities. The yard is fenced on the sides and on the back.

The entire front of the home is available for parking on the right side of the home looking from the street. There is also a concrete pad for the parking. 2 vehicles can easily fit and they are off street.

We are from Maine, we have children and grandchildren who live in Utah and decided to spend the winter closer to them. My wife and I purchased this home and completely renovated it this last winter. The Casita Apt can b either a 1 Bd 1 Ba or a 3 Bd 2 Ba rental. The Main house also has 2 Bd 1 Ba also. This home has a total of 5 bd 3 ba and 2 full kitchens making if an option for a larger group. The entire home has all new furnishings and appliances and very comfortable. There is parking for 4 vehicles and it is an extremely convenient location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Kanab is close to amazing adventures including Zion's and Bryce National Park, Lake Powell, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon plus dozens of amazing slot canyons and scenic vistas. We offer our home as a destination for you to create unforgettable memories with family and friends.
