Super helpful instructions for arrival and check in. We were met and shown around. Every question answered and great advice given. It really helped us get a great start to our stay. Lovely apartment with everything you could need. Nice layout, making everyone feel right at home. Very well located for road, tram and bus connections. We were in the city center quickly and visitors could find it easily. Convenient parking too. Close to great shops and restaurants so we could be fully flexible.

Patrick’s place is a fantastic option for visitors to Dublin. The apartment is spacious, updated, and very clean. The living room and bed rooms are all very large. The furniture was all clean and very comfortable. The balcony is a very nice plus. The heat and hot water worked very well if given the right amount of time. The location is more private and peaceful than a downtown Dublin location. It is a bit far from downtown, but taxi availability, public transport, and on-site parking negate the issue. Patrick and his family are very friendly and helpful - willing to offer recommendations. Overall great stay and would recommend 100/10 times!

Fantastic spacious airy apartment right by the N11, great location, apartment and host. Patrick and his family were lovely and accommodating. We stayed for a week after moving out of our house locally waiting on the keys to our new home and Patrick’s apartment was a sanctuary during a stressful and busy time, would highly recommend
