Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath downtown townhouse in the quaint neighborhood of St. Claire Place. The property is newly renovated and tastefully decorated - perfect for gathering with friends, family, or co-workers. Approved pets allowed with a pet fee. Located just off 10th Street within biking distance of Mass Ave, Bottleworks, and Circle City Industrial Complex. Minutes away from acclaimed restaurant Beholder, Mayfair Taproom, Tick Tock Lounge, and Rabble Coffee. We have thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. Please note that you will be staying in one-half of a duplex. Although completely private, you are sharing a wall with another unit. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including basic cooking oils and spices. We also provide a coffee pot, blender, and crockpot. We provide some coffee, tea, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with one full bathroom with a walk in shower. There's one full bathroom on the main level. While we’re child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do provide a baby gate for the stairs and have a pack n play. We have a No Smoking/Vaping and No Parties policy. We are pet friendly for approved pets that are well-behaved and house broken. We charge a one time fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for each additional approved pet. We charge a $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded.
