Lana and Brian were excellent hosts. Place was beautiful, quiet, secure, and central to my interests (visiting friends around island). A car rental is strongly recommended for this location. Very affordable, and much nicer than the usual “walled compounds” that now seem to dominate the south and west coasts.

Die Unterkunft ist im Landesinneren, in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Gegend. Da wir uns ein Auto gemietet hatten, waren wir viel unterwegs und alles Sehenswerte maximal 30 Minuten von uns entfernt. Die kleine Wohnung ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, der Garten, die diversen Sitzbereiche und der Pool laden zum Entspannen und Entschleunigen ein. Lana ist sehr herzlich, sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zum Erkunden der Insel gegeben und hat uns bei Formalitäten unterstützt . Wenn wir noch einmal nach Barbados kommen, dann unbedingt zu Lana❤️!

Fabulous. A beautiful property with private and shared areas. Lana was responsive and very helpful. Her property is very much what you see in the photos. If wishing to visit places it would be best if hired a car but we managed with the bus most days with a taxi or bus ride to Bridgetown. For those days we needed to be somewhere for a specific time her husband very kindly accommodated us by being as our own taxi. Lana would also check in via messages to ensure everything was ok and if we required anything. We were genuinely content, felt safe and relaxed at the property, slept well and with the two fans in the bedroom we didn’t feel the need for the air conditioning (30+ temps) We do plan to return to Lana’s but would consider car hire. Also regular taxi drivers would get lost and before we knew directions they would call Lana for directions. Overall an awesome property and fantastic hosts. Thanks to you both for making us feel so welcome xx

We spent a week at Lana’s. Everything was as described. Nice people. Huge pool. Lots of space to sit outside and around the pool. Quiet neighborhood. We recommend highly.

We had a great stay at Lana’s place - it was very peaceful and relaxing and had a pool and bbq. The place is quite central in the island so she helped us organise a car which was perfect to explore the different beaches around the island and then come back to relax in the evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a tv if you want a chilled evening in. Lana gave us lots of tips of where to visit and was always very quick to respond. Thanks so much for a lovely stay :)
