We booked this place for a trip and upon arrival at the airport the host messaged us to say that there had been a problem with the apartment and found us somewhere else to stay. We really appreciated not being left hanging, however the new apartment was worth a lot less money to say the least. There was no kitchen, no AC, not even WiFi; the door felt unsafe and was difficult to get into, and didn’t block any noise from the street. The place was also dusty and dirty, though the bathroom was clean. This wouldn’t have been a problem as we understand that accidents happen, but they are now not replying to our messages asking for a partial refund. The new place most certainly wouldn’t have cost the same as the one we booked, and it seems unfair that we have to pay the same price when we wanted a kitchen, WiFi, and more space. The host was lovely and helpful at the time, but beware of this!

Het appartement staat op een fijne locatie dichtbij de stad. We moesten erg last minute een nieuw appartement hebben. Gelukkig reageerde Angela erg snel en hielp ze om er zo snel mogelijk in te kunnen. Het appartement heeft fijne, ruime ruimtes en was schoon. Ondanks je dichtbij het centrum zit hebben we weinig last gehad van de stadsgeluiden. Ik zou het appartement zeker aanraden.

Zona molto tranquilla (borgo vecchio a die passi dal teatro Politeama e dal porto di Palermo) da cui è facile raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni a piedi. host molto cordiale e reattivo. Ambiente pulito, ordinato e fornito di tutti i comfort. La descrizione fornita dall' host corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. Un'esperienza da ripetere non appena possibile.

The location is really good, old town, restaurants and stores are within walking distance, very convenient. The overall cleanliness of the place could've been a bit better, also the pillows were really hard and stuffed.
