The cabin was nice and cosy, very clean Location was beautiful so peaceful, exactly what we needed, although it was raining most of the time we were there but we could enjoy the view from inside There are plenty to do if you have kids, mini golf, fishing etc Host was very responsive, when we arrived we noticed one of the bed was broken as soon as we reported it they came and fixed it immediately

This was our second stay with Cotswold Retreats and yet again, we had a great time. The lodge had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Tracey and Lee provide a wealth of information as well as vouchers which come in very handy!

We've just had a lovely few days at Bumblebee Lodge. It was very comfortable and clean, in a great location in the park, just set back from the lake. View from terrace, ducks and swans all around. 5 minute walk to all the facilities but quiet at night. It has been very hot so the cabin was very warm when we arrived as it had been closed up, but soon cooled down when we opened all the windows. Tracey and Lee even provided us with a fan straight away when we told them. They were very quick to communicate throughout and came quickly to mend the shower when it was leaking. Beds were all very comfortable, with dark blinds in each bedroom. The second bedroom is very small however if you have both beds set up as we did, but nothing we didn't expect from the photos and our children (14 and 12) slept very well. We all enjoyed the park facilities, including both pools (no booking required, often busy but not too bad considering the height of summer hols) and everyone was very friendly, all staff brilliant. It is run very well and has lots of especially for smaller children (up to 10?) Plenty to do all around, water activities etc. And close to Cirencester for a mooch about and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.
