This place deserve all the stars! I had to shorten my review because of all the good things to say but here are just some of the reasons why it is a 5/5: -Very comfortable, everyone immediately felt at home. Nicely decorated and furnished. Some Airbnbs have a "bought the easiest to clean and cheapest furniture" feel - this place did not feel like that at all. Carefully chosen pieces that were comfortable, practical and made the place look and feel good. -Family friendly - went with kids and wow Ashten has thought of everything. The bunk beds, the kid friendly cutlery/dishes/cups, and games like Jenga all were a hit! -Location! It was so convenient to be a block from the beach and steps from great restaurants, yet it was tucked away enough that it felt very private and secluded from the regular noise. -Great backyard - patio furniture to lounge on, socialize, eat, have fire pits and sun bathe. -Comfortable beds. I slept like a baby. -All the necessary items in the kitchen and more!

Wow, what a beautiful place! Ashten has clearly worked hard to stock this home and fill it with so many beautiful touches. I have never stayed at such a well-thought out air BnB with everything you could think to need and more. Our family was super at home and had the best time. About a 5 min walk to the beach, and lots of shopping, restaurants and coffee even closer than that.

I have so much to say about this incredible little home in the perfect location in Sylvan Lake . It was our first time in Sylvan , and we couldn’t have asked for a better location . One thing that stood out for me was how kid friendly this home is they have thought of every possible thing you could need in them home from kids things , supplies , toys , games , you name it !! It’s extremely organized , squeaky clean and such kind hosts . Everything was walking distance , quiet little location the backyard is a complete cozy oasis in the summer . The kids LOVED the outdoor movie set up , and I really can’t say enough great things it was such a relaxing weekend . We cannot wait to come back .

This was my first Airbnb experience, so I had no idea what to expect. The house and yard were great, very clean and spacious. Everything in the house was organized and even labelled! It was raining during our stay, but I want to go back just to hang out in the yard! I now have very high standards for my future bookings.
