The place was perfect for my Labor Day weekend getaway. So close to the beach and places to eat/grocery shop. Robert was very accommodating with my requests (I had an unusual amount) and a very nice guy. I just would have liked a faster response to my messages. Overall, great spot and hope to return.

Close to beach and shops (CVS & grocery store short walk away). Ideal for short stay, no frills studio without a TV. Clean, quiet and safe place to crash if you're spending time at the beach. One thing is it feels like it could do with a little bit of love - bathroom door wouldn't shut, mattress was two singles put together so it slid around, and the padlock on door wouldn't lock from the outside.

Location is great, and Robert was responsive and helpful. The air conditioning was excellent, and it had all the basics. This is a futon though, not a mattress, which definitely affected my sleep, so I can’t say it’s a very comfortable bed.

Exactly as described. Robert is always flexible and responsive at check in and check out and that’s always helpful when you’re on the beach. This cute spot is near the beach and all transportation (Q22 bus to Riis Park/Fort Tilden is a block away), and don’t sleep on the excellent bakery around the corner! Plenty of bodegas and smoke shops for all your needs. Not far from Connolly’s, Elegante Pizza, and Ship to Shore Wines. IYKYK

I am not sure how he is a super host. The lock itself did not fit in the door, so there was daylight coming through between the door and where you place the key (and in a not so safe area, this is not great!). The outlets were coming out of the sockets, the shower was not mounted to the wall very well, the shower head was rusty, there was barely any toilet paper, the radiator was falling apart, the blinds were broken, the bedding/towels were questionable… And the area it is in is not safe - for a single person or for a family.
