A very clean and comfortable apartment with fabulous views from the balcony over the Richmond River Estuary and the surf beyond. Unfortunately, there was a glitch with our instructions in getting in, but after about 45 minutes, it was sorted out. Good value, and we would certainly come back.

The place was great for a small family and had everything we needed. It was in a great location with lovely views. While you can walk to the beach, we drove and were always able to get parking. Definitely recommend for both the accommodation and the location! Nick was responsive and gave easy to follow instructions!

It was such a great stay at this Grandview apartment in East Ballina for the whole new year week!!! Nick was easy to communicate and his place got the best view of the most beautiful sunset ever!!! Everything was convenient. The kitchen was easy to use and the air conditioning was fabulous. The location is very close to the Shelly Beach (only a couple minutes of walking)!!! The swimming pool, the spa and the gym down stairs were perfectly perfect for this summer holiday!!! Highly recommended for all families!!!

Nick’s place is in a nice suburban location, in a quiet and tidy complex. Views of the river & ocean glimpses from the living room & kitchen. Fresh & modern fixtures & fittings with all necessary ammenities provided. Easy (but slightly hilly) walk down to the beach & cafe / restaurant & back up to the apartment. Nick was responsive & easy to communicate with - Thankyou for a lovely stay, it was just what we needed!
