Easy to find in a great neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and shopping. A little over an hour to Orlando Airport and that area so could also do a day trip to the Disney/Universal area easy. Beaches not far either!

The guest before left a noticeable smell, but Jason and his team made lots of effort to remedy. The backyard was not useable as it was very overgrown with weeds.

The kitchen was well equipped for entertaining. The pool water was warm, as promised. A clean, comfortable environment.

Julie was the cohost and she was helpful and quick to respond. The only bad thing I can say is that the pool was not heated. My kids were excited to use the pool but were only able to enjoy it for a couple of minutes due to how cold it was.
