House was clean and area was quiet. loved the off street parking secured by a gate. I definitely will look to reserve again for UAB Games.

Krystal was very nice & helpful prior to the visit, but on the day of arrival not so much. I rented the home for my 5 yr old daughter’s sleep over. I wanted to check in early to start cooking, so I reached out the morning of & asked if I could check in early; we agreed on 12:30p. When I arrived to the home (1:40pm) I noticed that the check in instructions said the keys were located in the lockbox, but it never gave the code to the lock box. So I reached out to her for the code at 1:45p. I waited 30 minutes & still no response, so I reached out to the Airbnb support team for help. They told me I had to give her atleast an hr to respond. I didn’t get a response from her until after 3pm (3pm was original check in time). Her excuse was she took a nap. I was frustrated because it had thrown me behind schedule. Once I got inside to began cooking I saw that there was only a rusted pot under the sink so I had to send my husband out to get cooking utensils. I will not rent again.
