Great property; the porch was beautiful. It had nice river access, and in the summer, you'd be able to drop a canoe right in. Perfect! Joan is a great communicator, too. The house is pristine, but it might not be the best for little ones with the decor. Nonetheless, we just got to get some good exercise in by constantly picking up our little one. :-) Great experience overall. Tip: BYO laundry detergent; we couldn't find any and had to make a trip to the store. :)

Joan’s home, The Bridge House, was fabulous. My husband and I, plus some extended family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding weekend at The Farm at Glen Haven. Joan was very responsive to my questions about the house and the location. This home is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated but allows you to feel at home and comfortable immediately. We all found the beds to be very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and the bathrooms were very clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again for the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Thank you Joan for sharing your home!

Fantastic spot. We had a weekend getaway among friends of 40 years and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Remarkably, this would also be a wonderful spot for a family visit. Everything is high end and meticulously maintained. Phenomenal, peaceful setting, even with a group of seven middle aged women reminiscing. Thank you!
