The apartment looks modern but the furniture / equipment is very cheep. However, for a short stay in San Jose it’s enough. My highlight of the building was the roof top with great views and the fitness room. Close to the building you have several restaurants and a small supermarket (approx 5-10min), but you can also walk in approx. 30min to the city center. The area felt safe, so it was no problem to walk home in the evening. We didn’t meet the hosts in person, but the communication via App was very fast and helpful. Note: the apartment is on the 14th floor, so if you have problems with heights you shouldn’t choose it.
