Fantastic place for hosting multiple people. Our group of 9 had an awesome time with the pool, ping pong table, and basketball hoop. The rooms and bathrooms were very modern and comfortable. Could not recommend this place more!

We made the most out of our stay in San Antonio at Katie's home. The location was close to everything we wanted to do on our trip. The photos match the description of home. Katie was very responsive when we needed her assistance. However, there were several maintenance/upkeeping issues we encountered throughout our visit. The major issues included the entire house is not level, the pool was very dirty, the grill was FULL of grease and actually caught fire after we cleaned it, master shower leaks leaving puddled water on floor, second full shower/tub is cute but not realistic to shower in if you're taller than 5 foot, broken glass found on shower floor.... With some proper maintenance this place could be a real gem. Unfortunately it just was a little disappointing for our group.

Katie was great host. She was quickly responsive prior to booking and during our stay. The space is a great deal for the price. Unfortunately you can’t pick the space up and move it away from the freeway or the giant lit up cross across the freeway. Would like to see better cleaning. Our feet turned black after only a couple hours without shoes. There were some bugs in the full but unattached bathroom. The shower in that space is impractical, but it looks really nice. The outdoor space was great for our kids with a protected pool, basketball, ping pong and a nice covered area. Overall it was acceptable for our stay.

Home was very beautiful and spacious butt house was messy due to the people that checked out before us we had to go buy cleaning supply’s and cleaned ourselves . We contacted Katie and she responded ready to help about stains on sheets had to call the maid back to the house to change the sheets there was blood stains and dirt on the sheets. the gas grill outside is electric so if you plan on cooking a whole bbq, don’t cause it will take forever lol also had to buy a grill brush cause it was really dirty i left it there for the next person that needs it . At the end of the day the beds were good showers and restrooms were cool
