Had an amazing stay at this home! George, the owner, is one of the greatest hosts I’ve ever seen. Very attentive to details and if there’s anything that was needed, he’s quick to respond and take care of anything! Had amazing pool days in the private pool and amazing bbq on the grill. Everything we need was readily available and just an all around amazing experience!

WOW!!! This place is Awesome!! Absolutely one of the cutest and nicest houses we’ve ever stayed at. First, the view is remarkable, especially at night, very romantic!! The host was very accommodating and kind. All the little things they did to the place were so cute. You can really tell they put effort into the place and making it a great Airbnb. Not only that, we had questions and the host was super responsive, much better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. The place had everything we needed plus more. I highly recommend this rental and by far, worth the price. To stay at a private secluded house with 3 bedrooms, a pool and an amazing view, would be well over $1,000 a night. So for us to pay under that, especially for the area, was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again, when we are in the area. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and nice, we loved your place!!!!

I never usually stay at an Airbnb that hasn’t previously been rated by other guests, but this location was what we were looking for and we booked without a lot of time prior to arrival. This place definitely has the potential to be a great stay, but the hosts need to do more preparation work and pay more attention to detail in order to make it so. Unfortunately, when we showed up at the property, we discovered that it hadn’t been cleaned for at least a few weeks, if not a month. The floors were so dusty and filthy that when our two infants crawled around, their knees and feet started turning black. Thankfully, the hosts responded straight away and sent someone to mop the floors, but the whole place was still dusty for the rest of our stay, with certain countertops filmed with dust. The pool also had not been cleaned recently, so we had to clean it ourselves with the net. Also, when we showed up with a reservation for 8, there were only 4 bath towels and no pool towels. The laundry machine also did not work during our stay, leaking water all over the floor when we tried to use it the first day. The saving grace for this stay was the lovely backyard with plenty of room to play, and the BBQ and outdoor dining area where we enjoyed most of our dinners. The kitchen is well-equipped with stoveware, but it could just use a few more BBQ tools. The panoramic view at night is beautiful, overlooking most of LA. One night we were even able to see fireworks! Also, it was really nice that the hosts were able to provide a brand-new baby cot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but mostly because of the company. For the price of this stay, including the cleaning fee, the hosts need to do a better job staying on top of the place for future visitors.
