You’ll be minutes from downtown Charleston and the beach at Sullivan’s Island when you stay with us in the historic Old Village of Mount Pleasant. Walk to some of the town’s best restaurants and waterfront bars or seize the moment to relax in our breezy, modern guest house in one of the oldest, most beautiful neighborhoods in the country. STR permit number: ST230239 Business license number: 20111894 The light-filled space has bamboo flooring, crisp white walls, and a modern-coastal vibe. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, complimentary coffee, along with all the typical eating, drinking, and cooking essentials. The separate bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a dresser and an ensuite bathroom. The space also includes high-speed WiFi, a TV, a washer/dryer, and beach towels and chairs for your use.

The hosts were very organized and more than willing to help throughout the process. I would recommend anyone to stay here who is looking to stay close to the city but also walking distance to several restaurants.
Kailey’s place was absolutely perfect! The rental was super cute and clean and had everything you need. I would highly recommend renting bikes! We were within biking distance to Shem creek and Sullivan’s Island, and we hardly took our car anywhere! Kailey and her husband were super sweet and gave us recommendations of things to do close by. We will definitely be booking this listing again if we return to the area!
Perfect location from which to explore Charleston but get away from the crowds for a quiet place to sleep. Lovely restaurants to walk to for dinner and great boardwalks nearby to see shorebirds.
We loved our stay!!! It was a beautiful home in the perfect location-quiet neighborhood, walkable to Shem creek and surrounding restaurants, short drive to the beach and down town Charleston. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Communication was easy. Kailey and her family were very respectful. Will definitely stay again.

Walk two blocks to enjoy a meal or glass of wine on historic Pitt Street, the scene of Noah and Allie’s first date (you know…from The Notebook) and the set of Netflix’s Outer Banks. Or walk 5 minutes to restaurants on Shem Creek, where you can also buy fresh seafood right off the dock. Sullivan's Island, a public beach, is a 7 min drive. Downtown Charleston is also a 7 minute drive.
