1.Entrance to apartment off-putting and dirt. 2.Bathroom not very clean – showerhead and pedal bin splattered, cabinet above (tiny) sink dirty and rusty making it unusable. No shelving.No toiletries except for one miniscule bar of cheap soap. 3.Other hosts routinely provide such basics like salt, pepper, oil, cereal, rice, paper towels, etc. CenBelApart leave a few sachets of cheap coffee, sugar and tubs of HDT milk - not enough for 3 nights. (There was a nice bottle of white wine.) 4.The bathroom of flat above is directly over the main bedroom – NO sound proofing so people using the toilet is loud and disturbing. 5.An open, broken air vent in 2nd bedroom blew in freezing January air. 6.Instructed to put the rubbish in bins in alley back of the house. The alleyway was absolutely filthy with piles of rubbish bags that had been attacked by rats and/or dogs ( photos available) 7. photo IDs and 250sterling deposit demanded.TOTALLY unreasonable. 8.Good heating/hot water
