Nice quiet diet road, west facing waterfront view of the sunset! Charming little cabin with a nice small yard, dock and deck overhanging the lake. The shower is great, water temp is incredible and plentiful, and vacasa provides plenty of towels and fridge space as well. Privacy cannot be expected as the bedroom walls do not go to the roofline. You will see lights from adjacent rooms and hear everything your buddies are up to! Beware that the kitchen sink doesn't drain correctly.

Super cute location, and we knew it would be "rustic." However arrived to dirty dishes in sink and kitchen sink was backed up with water. Reached out to Vacasa and said they would send someone out. We bought drano, did not work. Sink clogged for duration. Pamphlet states professionally cleaned but tons of cobwebs, picked up but definitely not clean! No one came out.

nice pond / lake to hang out at. Not very private if thats what you looking for.... easly see 5 other camps very close by from almost any point on the property. very small 15x20' living area very "rustic" camp. Interiorwalls are unfinished with cracks to the outside. when we arrived the sink was full of dirty water and dishes. Sink didnt drain and was plugged. contacted the "host" (vacation rental company.) responded quickly saying they would fix it. never happened. When asked if the water was potable (smelled/tasted funny) their answer was it should be fine but drink bottled water to be safe......I feel like this should have been an easy yes or no..... overall its a neat place on a nice lake but in no way was worth the 1200 dollars for 3 nights. we didnt even stay at the house the last night.

Overall very dissatisfied, my family wanted to leave the very next day morning of we got there. Located on a beautiful lake as it says, somewhat remote but neighbors all around, close enough to hear each other. Sunset on the lake is out of this world. We got there at night on heavy rain. We never got the check in instruction ahead of time. Person the text keep saying lock box is on the left of the door, it was actually the door that is inside the enclosed porch on the back! I ran around the rouse in pouring rain to figure it myself. Cabin was spider infested, I mean they were everywhere. Deck to the lake had tarantula sized ones!!! Cabin had ZERO Cable or Internet. when turn on TV, it shows no subscription and to call the cable company! we had to use our mobile data even to watch something at night! outdoor grill was filthy & Moldy, looks like hasn't cleaned since last summer! Cabin has no AC or Ceiling fans! it was too hot/humid day and night! Overall not worth it, we regret the stay!

We arrived and within a couple of hours we had no running water. We had a 5 year old and our dog with us. We had to wait more than two days to get any kind of help. We had to purchase drinking water and had to get water from the pond to flush the toilets. Ultimately a handyman came to fix the water pump and water heater. This did cause my partner to have to stay behind and help fix the property while me and our five year old did other things. We were compensated by Vacasa and AirBNB for the issues. Be aware that Vacasa Maine is VERY slow to respond and didn’t seem to care that we had no water for several days. It’s a shame as the location is nice. The neighbors were friendly. If you aren’t resourceful, please do not rent this cabin as you may not have basics for some time. Further, the property is cluttered with construction/old lumber. Not safe for little kids or pets.
