This is the worst customer services we’ve ever had. The house was also filthy. The host didn’t turn up, I had confusing instructions from 3 different people. The host refused to answer my calls and sms about the dirtiness of the towels and dishes. On the third day she asked me to send her photos for proof , and after I sent her photos she accused me of making the mess (she said "these photos were taken today and you've been in the apartment since Saturday" - which is an accusation and very unprofessional). The host also pretended that the towels did not belong to the apartment (she said "our towels are white" - after I had sent her a photo of their white towel with stains on them). It was a joke. Now she is trying to fine us for something we did not do. In fact we cleaned the apartment so well it was cleaner than when we arrived. I will be pursuing legal action if I have to.

Le logement était conforme à la description. Nous avons apprécié sa localisation, nous permettant de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Surtout que les places visiteurs dans la résidence ne sont pas nombreuses. Nous avons apprécié la quantité de vaisselle, permettant de faire tourner le lave vaisselle et de faire un repas en attendant. Nous avons également apprécié que l'escalier se rabatte, ce qui était très sécurisé avec notre bébé de 16 mois. Ce qui nous a juste manqué c'est un rideau plus occultant dans la chambre mezzanine et éventuellement un grille pain. Pour le reste nous avons passé un très bon séjour, les enfants ont apprécié le lit superposé à 3 étages.

Well equipped and good location to reach other beaches in Bandol. No wifi was a disappointing inconvenience of the stay as it would have been useful to contact friends and family and access entertainment in the evenings as the TV was showing French only channels. The terrace is really nice and it is a peaceful location.

Vraiment rien a dire, que du positif ! Magnifique apparemment très bien aménagé très propre et vraiment super bien situé, plusieurs plages juste à côté. Le port est à 5 min donc plein de restaurants à proximité. On a passé 5 jours dans un cadre magnifique Appartement très calme. Super literie nous avons super bien dormi. Plusieurs serviette pour chaque personne à disposition. Nous avons également apprécié le fait que se soit en résidence privé très calme et sécurisé avec un parc collé vraiment rien à dire on espère revenir très vite Merci pour tout
