MR S is an amazing host !! And extremely quick to respond to address any situation. Location 11/10 exceeded my expectations 5min from the market ( walk ) 10min from the beach ( walk ) 2-10 min from all the hot spot / bars & restaurants ( walk ) Given the challenging situation with the benzona Iran are flight was canceled & rebooked for a later date Mr S was able to work with us and empathize on the situation! I strongly recommend this place to anyone that wants to come to TLV and have a piece of mind & have your money worth Thank you again guys ! Awesome experience will be back soon

Leider hat der Check-in nicht gut geklappt, da wir den falschen Tür-Code bekommen hatten. Wir mussten mit mehreren Personen appen, bis wir nach einer 1/2 h den korrekten Code geschickt bekamen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene. Das zweite Schlafzimmer / Schlafsofa ist für zwei Erwachsene zu klein / schmal. Auf den Bildern ist das Haus & Balkone von vorne abgebildet. Wir waren der Annahme, dass einer dieser Balkone zu unserer Wohnung gehört. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Der sehr kleine Balkon ging vom Hauptschlafzimmer ab (zum Hinterhof) und war somit nicht so nutzbar, wie wir dachten. Leider hat die Klimaanlage auch nicht wirklich funktioniert. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet, toll waren die zwei Badezimmer.

Great location, very comfortable, the response was always fast but only through emails or texts, could be a bit more flexible with the check-out time! As a whole, a great experience. highly recommended!

Great location. Amazing restaurants, bars and coffee within a block or two. Unit very nice and as described. The hallways to the building are a bit beaten up but you spend no time going up and down. Would be happy to stay here again and holy guest was responsive to issues
