This place was wonderful! It was perfect for a family reunion. We really enjoyed the different areas on the property, both indoor and outdoor, especially the deck and the entertainment areas downstairs! The rooms were comfortable and the space was clean. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We had a little AC cooling problem and he immediately compensated us for it. Would definitely come back!

Our time at this property was incredible! It was the perfect vacation for our large family of 14. The house is very spacious with enough rooms and activities for everyone to spread out and also enjoy time together. The bonus was the location, who knew that home on the lake of this size was available in Barrie? We did not have to pack as many groceries as all stores were close-by and easily accessible. Moses was a great host, very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The hot tub did not work but we really did not miss it as everyone spent time down by the lake. Apart from a few additional furnishings required (easy to remedy), we would highly recommend this vacation home for large groups!

Gorgeous lakefront home with loads of space for our larger group. Our host, Moses, was super responsive with any questions we had and made our stay perfect for both adults and kids alike. The waterfront deck is truly a showstopper!
