We celebrated our 75th birthdays with our daughter and son-in -law and grandchildren (16 and 10 yrs old) in this spotless, highly contemporary European amenities and spacious home. Everybody enjoyed extraordinary vistas, heated pool and hot tub, beautiful grounds and quiet surroundings. The proximity to numerous supermarkets, retail stores and restaurants and jumping off starts for Tucson attractions without disrupting the serenity of property was a remarkable plus making for efficiency in time and simplifying the usual daily decisions. Communication with the owner (Nina) and her representative (Miriam) was efficient and congenial and all technical needs were quickly addressed by Miriam or Nico who remodeled this and other equally nice homes Miriam was adept at familiarizing us with the home and departure was unhurried and simple

Beautiful, superbly-maintained house in a great location. Excellent views and lots of natural light. Our only issue was around the hot tub hours. The host controls the hot tub via an app, and guests need to give them a schedule when it should run or text them to run it as needed. The host also doesn't want guests using the hot tub after 10pm, which was not communicated until after we arrived. We basically do stuff all day, go out to dinner, get back around 9:30p and then want to use the hot tub until after midnight. That created some initial tension, but we promised to be quiet and the host agreed to our schedule, so it all worked out.

Property met expectations and Nina’s team was responsive and made checkin and checkout seamless. Really a great, clean property and a beautiful view of the city.

This beautiful MCM home has been one of our favorite vacation homes in the US. We have high expectations and this home was wonderful. The views were breathtaking, every sunset was amazing. The aesthetics of the home were perfect. The fire pit in the mornings kept us warm while the sun rose too. Absolutely wonderful week. Thanks Nina!
