MAIN DESCRIPTION Country Lodge home is a small villa surrounded by nature and located at the gates of the city of Olbia and a few steps from the village of Porto Rotondo. The property, completely independent and free on four sides, consists of a kitchen-living room with a covered veranda, a double bedroom and two bathrooms for a total of four beds. From the terrace you could see a glimpse of the Gulf of Olbia. The amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, seasonal WI-FI (May - October), TV, washing machine, BBQ and reserved parking spaces. The accommodation is the ideal place for a family or for couples looking for a place to relax and disconnect from the daily grind. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Country Lodge is the ideal refuge for lovers of nature and silence and can accommodate up to 4 people. The property is in fact surrounded by a splendid garden of flowers and trees of about 1000 square meters. In addition to the covered veranda with relaxation area, in the garden it is possible to dine al fresco taking advantage of the barbecue with a dedicated area. Country Lodge is on one level, the living room is large and equipped with a Tv corner with a sofa bed for a further 2 guests. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and kettle. From the living room you then enter the sleeping area with double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Outside there is a second bathroom with shower and washing machine. The nearest beach is about 7 km away. Wij zijn met zeer veel plezier een weekje in dit huisje geweest. Een heerlijke tuin, een perfect huisje, dat met zorg en liefde is ingericht. Luiken voor de ramen die de slaapkamer lekker donker maken, en een fijne veranda om op te zitten. Echt een plek om nog eens terug te komen! Wij waren zo dom geweest om de sleutel (die je met een koord om je hals kunt hangen) te vergeten toen we vertrokken. Gelukkig hebben we die in goed overleg kunnen terugsturen. Andere gasten, wees gewaarschuwd voor deze vergissing. Hoe dan ook: echt een aanraden, een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen en een prima uitvalbasis naar de Costa Smeralda en de bergen in het binnenland.
Super schöne Unterkunft und herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders gut haben uns der Garten, die ruhige Lage sowie die Terasse gefallen. Die Nähe zum terranova Center ist äußerst praktisch da man dort alles bekommt was man für den Urlaub braucht! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Belle petite maison propre avec grand jardin située dans un quartier calme. (proche d'un hypermarché) La maison est à l'hombre en fin de journée ,très agréable ! Très bon accueil de Alessio (Klodge) et de Giovanni ! Quelques petits points à améliorer ; manque de précision sur le ramassage des divers déchets, quelques transats seraient appréciés. Ciao !
Casa molto carina, ristrutturata da poco e dotata di tutti i confort, immersa in un giardino enorme e molto curato, con a disposizione un bbq per fantastiche grigliate! I ragazzi del Klodge sono molto professionali ma anche super simpatici e disponibili: le pratiche per il check-in e il check-out sono diventati piacevoli momenti di chiacchiere e consigli. Ottima anche la posizione che permette di girare un’ampia zona della Sardegna del nord alla scoperta di meravigliose spiagge ma non solo! Super consigliata!
This was the best Airbnb experiance we have ever had. The property itself is so idyllik with all the flowers and the great view over the whole city. The house is equipted with everything you should need. The house is a little bit on the outside of the city, and would have to say you need to rent a car due to the lack of taxies in Olbia. Alessio was our host for the week, and he even picked us up and drove us to the house since we couldent get a taxi, and tried his best to fix everything for us. He responded imediatly to any question om whatsapp and we felt very taken care of. I would recomend to buy food from the grocerystore and make food at the house, buy some candles and enjoy the food outside in the sittinggroup. We ate down town a couple of times, but we made food rather at home. Sunset dinner outside with the city in the backround has to be experianced, it was magical. Thank you for a very very very great stay, we are coming back❣️

Country Lodge is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing and seaside holiday. The first sandy beach, the beautiful and renowned Marinella beach, is about 7 km away. The Terranova shopping center, located in a commercial area, is only 2 km away.
A few kilometers away, about ten minutes by car, you can reach Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic marina where yachts of all sizes moor.
We recommend that guests have a car to reach the property; the car is equally essential during the stay to visit the surroundings and move between the various locations.
