Unfortunately, our expectations were overrated - there were no instructions during the check-in. It seemed that nobody was waiting for us, apartments weren’t ready for guests. There was a dirty towel on the bed. After a while, we noticed that there was no hairdryer, iron (they were given after half an hour), and a kettle was broken (it was given only the next day). Also, there was only half of a toilet paper roll for 3 people and it was Sunday, so it was impossible to buy it because all the shops were closed (the host answered that the apartment was fully equipped with the necessary stuff). Finally, nobody notified us that all tourists in Montenegro must have a registration. The host didn't inform us about that and didn’t register us.

Der Aufenthalt bei Jelena war super! Die Kommunikation war von Buchung bis Check-out sehr gut. Der Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert, obwohl wir erst sehr spät angekommen sind. Jelena hat uns persönlich begrüßt und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Am nächsten Tag hat sie uns Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und der Strand ist super schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist ein Supermarkt in der selben Straße. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Jelena buchen.

Jelena is a wonderful, kind and responsive host! The place was clean and neat, had everything we needed and is perfect for seeing the coast of Montenegro. A perfect value for money, would recommend it 10/10.

Очень удобное месторасположение, тихий двор, рядом магазины, рестораны, пекарни. Jelena очень отзывчивая и помогла нам с вещами в последний день отъезда.
