Had a business trip with our complete company staff. Since our staff is mostly women, one house was perfect for the females and the other house for the couples. Everything was so clean and amazing, one of the house smelled a tiny bit like cigarettes but as soon as I informed the host, his manager was there with in 30 minutes to help and rectified it (previous renters totally ignored the rules so rude). They were so fast and felt bad, even though it probably wouldn't have been an issue since we asked for the early check-in and they accommodated us so if we would have checked in normal time it we wouldn't have noticed. And I only mention this to show the quick action of the host and how very on top of everything he was. This place was just perfect. I will be definitely be staying here again, especially since it fit so well with all our staff. I will definitely be referring this place to everyone I know when they visit the Miami area.
