Arrived at 3:00 pm, we were exhausted from our travels and hoped for a smooth check-in. Now I am not too sure if we were expected to stand in the dark the whole time, especially considering we are being charged for electricity used during the time we stayed, thinking that we will have a great time, get to rest and enjoy the pool. Additionally, there were no instructions on where to dispose of our trash on the check in instructions. Despite our weariness, we looked forward to spending time with our group, even if we couldn't all be in the same unit. We were especially excited to gather by the pool, only to find out it wasn't available, leaving us feeling disappointed and foolish for wearing our swimwear. We have to walk from the unit, to the clubhouse where a lot of people or residents can see us wearing our swimwear foolishly because it was not communicated to us that it was not available. Crying, tired, embarrassed and frustrated. That’s how this stay went.
