The full basement has ample room to spread out and includes a bedroom, family room, large game table, playroom, and laundry room. There is also a mudroom between the deck and the kitchen. Local activities include boating, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and relaxing! Rental includes the use of our bikes, kayaks, and paddle boat. Lake access is across the street and a swimming beach is less than a mile away. Rail to Trail biking trail is 2 miles away.
