Une super maison ! Parfaite pour des vacances en familles / ami(e)s. On s’y sent bien. Quartier sympa. Bien située elle permet de visiter la région et de la mer qui est proximité, accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Edu et son épouse son des hôtes réactifs avec une excellente communication. On recommande vivement.

I agreed a fix monthly price with Edu to rent the apartment for medium term, and ended up staying for a couple of months. The house is a nice and big with a wonderful garden, great for families as I had 2 kids coming to stay. however the following points rather soured my stay: 1. No Wifi- Edu tried to arrange for cable to be installed but every time the technicians visited, they failed, so finally I had to end up contracting my own unlimited 4G data pack. 2. After the stay they tried to get me to pay for cleaning, which was not agreed or in the initial Air BnB agreement. In the end, I offered to pay for half of the cleaning cost, 40 Euros. 3. The diswasher- dishes were coming out not shiney, with a white cover, and the surface in the kitchen also had a white cover after cleaning, I think that this is a hard water issue. However after we left Edu wrote me an email complaining about this, which is not really fair because I can't be responsible for the water being hard.

Edu is a great host! House is very nice and cost. It is a good fit for big family or just do friends decided to hang out together. Beach is not to far and it is large so there are a lot of place to chill. House has everything you need for a good vacation - starting with a good equipment for cooking and finishing with a lot of good stuff for kids and sleeping. There is a pretty big yard and amazing olive tree. Edu was supporting us during the staying and it is highly appreciated. If I would even come back, I definitely would reach out to him again. Thanks. Also, wifi works very good. I was working a few days and there were no issues with connection.

Hemos pasado unos días en esta casa encantadora. Está situada en un pueblo tranquilo. La casa tiene jardín y algunos olivos que dan sombra. Está equipada con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia de lo más cómoda. Hay varias camas de plaza y media o dos plazas. Aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en los dormitorios. Tuvimos alguna visita de hormigas que poco a poco aprendimos a gestionar y seguramente este solucionado para próximas visitas. Edu es un gran anfitrión y estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos incluso desde antes de llegar. Nos plantearemos visitar la casa el próximo año. Mil gracias por todo Edu.
