This is one of the few places in my extensive travels that exceeded my expectations—I give it 5 stars without hesitation! The space is even more charming and cozy than it appears in the pictures, and I’m so happy that I chose it. Caterina is super friendly and met me at the property, even had beer, wine and a pastry to welcome me plus a beautiful ambiance with a candle and soft music playing. It really felt like home, I would have loved to stay longer! Northern Sardinia is a special place and I was happy to enjoy this as my home base for exploring. It has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, ground floor makes it easy to access even with heavy luggage, cute outdoor patio to enjoy a drink, spacious living room, storage closets, heat/AC, all very clean and modern and in good condition. It was great to have an on-site parking space, though street parking isn’t hard to find nearby. I highly recommend and would definitely return 😍

Caterina è stata un' host impeccabile, gentilissima, simpatica e ospitale. Ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto, con tanto di spumante in fresco per festeggiare il nuovo anno. L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito e profumato, con tutti i servizi, in un quartiere in pieno centro ma comunque tranquillo, perfetto per visitare la città. E cosa da non sottovalutare, con un comodo parcheggio interno a disposizione. Grazie ancora per tutto, alla prossima!

Caterina was wonderful and helped us when we arrived with parking. Also had a welcome Local beer waiting for us when we arrived :) Would definitely recommend staying here

Caterina’s place is great for walking around Olbia while also having a spot to park your car for trips outside the city. The place is clean and spacious with all the amenities you might need. She is a fantastic and responsive host. Would recommend
