A good location, there are few grocery shops nearby and the beach is 10 minutes away by foot. The beach is pretty small. I would still recommend renting a car.

We spent a week in the villa and very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with supermarkets and beaches close by. Paul was also very helpful. Overall great value. Would stay again.

Great villa and Paul was a good host. Good value for money and lots of local beaches and restaurants. we enjoyed 2 weeks in the villa and had a lovely time.

Paul's place in Alsancak is a lovely, private, peaceful villa with its own pool. The amenities at the house are of a good standard and there are lots of shops and a clutch of restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. It is also near the main road either to drive or get local transport to the nearby large town of Girne. Paul was friendly and responsive throughout and made helpful recommendations for things to do and how best to get to the airport. Definitely would visit again!
