I just returned from a stay here, where myself and two girlfriends were there to enjoy the Spring show in Round Top. I could go on and on about how beautiful the surroundings are, how darling the farmhouse is decorated, etc. All true. It’s a fabulous home and setting. But I want to comment on what really matters, as we found out. During our stay, one of my girlfriends experienced a medical emergency. We called 911 and the Washington County EMS got to us, (way out in the country, mind you), within about 15 minutes. Our dear friend was care flighted to a nearby hospital where she remains in ICU. Had they not gotten to us so quickly, she frankly would not be here. It was the next morning on our discharge day when I let the Hostie team know what had occurred on their property. The immediate response of sincere, heartfelt caring and concern honestly took me by surprise! They even sent flowers! I cannot express to them enough how deeply touched we are!! Thank you all!!

Loved our stay! So beautiful and peaceful. Well-designed and thought-out. Had a visit from a little scorpion in the bathroom but I guess that’s TX! Amazing host and would absolutely stay again! 5 stars!

Fantastic host, lovey setting, exceeded our expectations. Enjoyed our stay so much we're staying again in two weeks during a real estate signing. Thoroughly looking forward to our next stay.
