Accordingly, high heels & any footwear or mobile items capable of picking up sharp objects which may create scratches on the floor should be left in the entranceway at the front door. 6) In line with Noosa council policy, outdoor gatherings & music are to be moved indoors by 10pm. Noosa Waters is primarily a residential area and sound travels easily, particularly across the canal. Music & noise at all times should be maintained at a level which does not impinge upon the rights & comfort of neighbours. For the same reasons, the pool should not be used between 10pm and 7am. As a consequence, complaints from neighbours could result in early eviction and loss of prepaid rental charges.
