I came to stay for my birthday (4 days, 3 nights) and it was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful backyard scenery, the pool is really nice. My guest and I were really looking forward to the jacuzzi but unfortunately it didn’t have hot water at the time. The house is really large the kitchen is large size as well and conveniently right downstairs from our room! I absolutely enjoyed the home. Washers and dryers are a wonderful addition as I could wash my swim wear and any other clothing. The host was always very attentive to my needs! The price for this stay you will NEVER find anywhere else! Amazing! I will be staying in the future and I really hope the Jacuzzi is heated soon! I would really enjoy that added perk! Overall the stay was absolutely amazing!

I am at UC Riverside and was hosting an international student for about a month. I needed a place walking distance from campus, safe, clear, affordable, good housemates, with private room and bath. Adrian's place was absolutely perfect. A great resource in fact that I will use again and again. Exactly what we needed near campus. My guest was delighted with all aspects of her stay. I am grateful to Adrian for setting up this space.

Nice and affordable place for the area. UCR within walking distance. Super nice host. The only minor downside is the proximity of the freeway which means noise. When the windows are closed it is not a problem, but forget about sleeping with open windows.
