The four of us enjoyed our stay at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and enabled us to cook two dinners. Comfortable stay overall. Do take note for the elderly that the staircases are narrow, so do be careful.

Give advance notice if you require a cot. We’ve stayed in a fair few places with a cot and I completely missed the ‘upon request’ detail. I messaged about it on the day and, as it was a holiday weekend, the company didn’t have any available. This meant my sister and my new nephew couldn’t stay with us, sadly. Upon prompting, I did manage to obtain a cot for the last couple of nights. It would have been nice if the company had initiated this themselves without me having to prompt, but never mind. It’s a great location. Furniture is going for the rustic feel but is all a little wobbly and tired. I can’t fault Pass the Keys for their responsiveness but do feel this property is symptomatic of the commercialization of AirBnB in the UK whereby property owners pass management onto a third party. I spoke to about five different people from Pass the Keys and it certainly lacked the personal touch in this respect. A sign of times I guess.

Wonderful place, very charming and roomy and in a great location. Just a few minutes to the High Street. Cafes, coffee shops, and groceries are just minutes away. We really enjoyed the Royal Albert Memorial Museum, a real local gem. A trip to Dartmoor was also a highlight, and less than one hour away!

We enjoyed our second stay here as much as our first. Clean, stylish and brilliantly located. We will be back!
