really solid place. pros: - when i asked to leave my bags early (at 130pm), the owner graciously allowed me to check in then instead. - legit has two rooms, with doors. each has a bathroom and kitchenette. up to 4 separate beds. - location is PERFECT. on a main street that has buses to valpo. 24hr concierge. - omg the shower pressure was AMAZING. i was a bit nervous to shower given the bathroom situation cons: - main bathroom has a broken toilet seat, second bathroom’s toilet didn’t flush. i’m sure these things will be fixed by the time you book. toilet bowls had stains. - another easily fixable: a lot of stains on the wall where a headboard would be. - air conditioner began leaking water my last day. none of these felt big enough to let the owner know, but hopefully can be fixed for the next guest!
