IG: bluedeertulum The Villas are located on a private property with a reception room. We are in walking distance to Tulum Town and just 2 blocks away from Av. Kulkulkan, which takes you straight to the beach. Our staff includes an on-site property manager as well as cleaning and maintenance personnel. The property is accessible digitally, however, management will welcome you on arrival. Each villa boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a backyard and furnished rooftop lounge. High ceilings and an open concept throughout make the homes feel bright and airy. Tropical nature views from every window offer fresh tranquility while local wood beams and accents give the spaces a warm earthy vibe. Dramatic hand painted murals bring various walls to life (also a great backdrop for photo ops;) Perfect for resting, entertaining, relaxing or working.. if you must ;) The spacious kitchens are fully stocked and ideal for private chef services or preparing your own meals. Laser cut closet panels are a signature of Blue Deer Residences and elevate it’s unique design aspect. Beach bags and beach/pool towels are provided in each bedroom and can be used freely during your stay. Dressing mirrors and plenty of hangers are provided. Our experience at Blue Deer was so phenomenal that we can’t wait to plan our next stay. Dayvis, the housing manager, was instrumental in making our trip unforgettable, even helping with transportation arrangements. The communication with Lesley (host) was seamless, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Lesley communicated from the time of booking until check-out. We had a party of 15, so we needed 2 villas, and arranging transportation for all of us was never an issue. The villas surpassed all expectations, and the photos truly don't do them justice. This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had, and I can't wait to return! We highly recommend. We were able to walk downtown and find several local restaurants, including a food truck park which was amazing! We never felt unsafe in the area. Lesley helped us arrange a chef and decorations also. The accommodations made this last minute (2month) planning stress free! The staff is also trustworthy!
Both property and host were amazing!!! Leslie was always a head of the game with whatever we needed, organized shuttles, chefs and airport transfers! Would highly recommend!!
Stayed 4 nights here with my family and rented two of the house. Amenities were amazing, the daily cleaning was great. The pools were very relaxing and the jacuzzi area what’s great for a night drink. Very walkable to the main strip with plenty of restaurants and bars. Dayvis hospatality was beyond amazing. He helped us organize a boat trip to isla mujeres! I would definitely book again !!!

Lesley is amazing! 5⭐️ The residence gives the privacy of renting a villa but the accommodations of a hotel. safety- we had access to (2) 4 bed 4 bath homes surrounded by another entrance with a padlock door that also bolts into the ground. Behind that door is a receptionist area and another door. Each house also has key lock and/or pad lock doors. I say this to say if you are on an all girls trip you will feel extremely safe. Cleanliness Everyday cleaners came and made our beds, replaced towels cleaned the bathrooms and common areas(just like a hotel) Helpfulness Lesley knew everything about tulum and was always able to point us in the right direction. She was able to arrange transport at precise arrival times. Round trip transportation from the airport and local things She was able to set up massages, bottle service,chefs and more The kitchens and bathrooms were stocked with all necessities (pans/soap/shampoo) Pools are bigger than expected I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH LESLEY AGAIN!😁
