This warm, bright house of 100m2 in the historic village centre has access to the river and an incredible view from the roof top where you can enjoy the sun set in the jacuzzi. Shops and conveniences just round the corner. The geographical location is ideal for visiting the tourist sites of the region. Lake Mondely 11 Km Mas d'Azil cave 2.1 Km Xploria Forest 2.1 K Free Parking nearby This charming house on three levels, completely renovated, has a bedroom/living room with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a work area (desk). An extra mattress is also available. For your comfort on site, the kitchen is fully equipped: Dishwasher, juice extractor, citrus juicer, steamer, oven and kettle. There is a relaxation area where you'll find a selection of games for children and adults. An electric keyboard and sound system are provided, the use of which is only possible during the daytime out of respect for the neighbours. It is better not to put music on upstairs from 22h.

Le logement d'Adrien est bien équipé, original et plein de surprises. Nous avons passé un très bon weekend : le jacuzzi sur le toit avec quasiment zéro vis-à-vis, la vue sur les montagnes et le ciel rempli d'étoiles, permet d'être dans une vrai bulle pour déconnecter. Merci encore pour ce weekend et les petites attentions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour parfait. Hôte très agréable et disponible. Magnifique village entouré de petites rivières, restaurant, concert et des nuits étoilées éblouissant dans un calme absolue.

Le logement était vraiment très agréable avec plein de petits objets des mots poétiques un peu partout de la décoration et des équipements optimum notamment avec un enfant tout était vraiment agréable et le petit plus le toit accessible avec la vue sur le village et le jacuzzi. Pour être au calme dans un village vivant c’est le lieu parfait

Belle maison confortable, déco très sympas, tout à disposition, et très bien située au centre du petit village. Draps et serviettes à disposition, magnifique vue sur le toit. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Gros point négatif : le jacuzzi trop sale pour être utilisé.

Well known tourist sites are within walking distance- the cave, le parc xploria, museum. The beautiful lake Filhet is also reachable by foot.
The river Arize runs through the village and can be enjoyed for fishing or bathing.
