This was a nice apartment with good communication with the owners. If you want to explore the centre of Malaga, the location is great. The apartment itself is spacious and it's in a quiet building, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning system was quiet and effective. However, the description states a 4-minute walk from the beach and from what we could find, the nearest beach was a 15-minute walk. The nicer, bigger Playa de la Malagueta was a 25-minute walk. There were other ways in which the accommodation was disappointing relative to the description/photos and for the price. When we arrived at the apartment the main door was missing the door handle and the mirror in one of the bathrooms was hanging off the wall. The bath mats were dirty and the kitchen dishes had not been fully cleaned, with old coffee granules in the coffee machine. Also, what I would consider basic things were not provided: a kettle and tea towels (though the owners did offer to provide tea towels after I contacted them about this). We loved Malaga and the apartment is very adequate but a bit disappointing for the cost and description.
