I was very familiar with the area and always consider it every time I’m leaving or returning in the country. The check in went very smooth, the lady assisted me and give me a clear instructions with the unit. I can say that Cyril’s unit is one of the cleanest place I stayed in 81newport. One of the things I noticed is on how they maintained the shower door clean and clear from marks. Though some of the cleaning equipment best to store or hide properly rather than being visible.However on the next day I got experience having problems with WiFi. The connection was lost which somehow very important for the guest. I did inform the co-host bea about the situation which she immediately responded at first with me and promised to resolve the issue straight away which it never happened! She ask the caretaker to check the unit twice and took some photos which I think irrelevant. Unfortunately I wasn’t getting much connection on my data due to the unit location. I left with dissatisfaction anyway
