pros and cons: pros: location is as good as it looks in the photos care taker is very friendly & helping linens were super clean view is breathtaking pool is awesome and clean garden is well kept and you would actuall want to sleep there. cons: overpriced. wifi isn't working if you are not planning on cooking, there are no delivery options from zomato/swiggy. two restaurants are there - kensville & club mahindra kensville - food is okaish. and staff actually denied us entry saying we only allow golfer today.. so we weren't served food. club mahindra-food was good. but overpriced for the quantity and takes 30-40 to prepare after you place the order. so don't expect great food unless you plan on cooking. bathroom lights weren't working in the room with bathtub. bathroom sinks and taps requires work, they are bit wonky. and overall lighting in the villa is less and interiors is dark so if thats not your scene, you might find it gloomy. personally it was too dark for me at in the evening

Overall, I had a very good experience! Although there were a few mishaps like- the rooms were much smaller than expected. There were a total of 3 rooms and in each room 3 people can sleep comfortably with an extra bed. But in the description it says that they can fit a maximum of 16 guests so I don't know how that would work out. We were lucky that we were only 10 guests so we stayed comfortably. Another thing which I noticed was that, in the description it says there are 6 baths, however, I was able to spot only 4 bathrooms in the villa. Apart from these things, we had a very pleasant stay. The villa was big and spacious. The pool was the best thing about the villa as it was an infinity pool with an amazing view of the golf course. Our check-in was done very smoothly as well because the caretaker- Ishwar Bhai was very helpful and immediately answered our calls throughout the stay. He kept the villa clean and we had three meals prepared by him which were delicious! Great experience!
