we had the honour to be the first guest in this apt. It was a risk for us to go into an apt with no reviews but I'm glad we got this opportunity to stay in Marko's apt. i must say the photos and description don't justify the property, its brand new, cleaned, spacious ground floor with garden access apt with everything that you can think of in a house - we got it! we travel a lot and stay in several different countries/cities and has never seen such items/facilities in an airbnb: - 30 sec walk to bus 71 - available every 7 min that takes you to the train/tram station (simmering) and you can go anywhere from there. - 12 min walk to tram station. i prefered the bus option. - 7 min walk to super markets i.e. Penny Market, pharmacy, bakery, cafe, ice cream parlour, takeaway/pizza shops that opens till late evening (10:30). - Luxurious crockery - plates/glasses/tea pots etc. - Coffee pods with a smart coffee machine. - Ben&Jerry Ice cream, tubs, energy drinks etc. - complimentary. - plenty of food items (pasta/spaghetti), spices/herbs, etc. - 48" smart Sony smart TV with Netflix, youtube and other apps. - central heating/cooling system. - neat and clean area with no neighbourhood issues. we came back from our daily journey plans with 2 kids age 2 and 4 mostly after 10:00pm and even 12:30am some days and it's all safe. - Bathroom/shower has shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, shaving gel, disposable razors, perfumes, deodorants, makeup remover cotton pads, electric toothbrush with new heads, hair dryer, washing machine/dryer with washing gels, conditioner and plenty of other things. - Lounge has large sofa that can be converted into a large comfortable double bed. - bedroom has a super comfortable extra large king size bed with recline options. - plenty of wardrobes to keep your cloths/items arranged or hanged. In summary, if you see this apt available, book it with closed eyes. Marko (owner) is a very friendly and trustworthy gentleman and response on whatsapp. I've no negatives to share during our 4 nights stay in the apt. Remember, it's not in the center of Vienna city about 35-40 by public transport but we prefer to stay outside of main rushed areas and enjoy the luxury of public transport to learn local culture, experience the transport system - Vienna has great public transport services. tip: make a 3-day or weekly pass depending on your stay, and you will enjoy all sorts of transport (Trains/Bus/Trams) in the entire city.
