Hello , thank you for your booking. Its a family business, peacfull, quiet guests we waiting, no party please. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE! If we hosts constatate that you have been smoking inside, a fee of 100 EUR is to be paid.
I´d like to mention some details about the accomodation and location in advance.
For the listed price your earliest arrival is 16:00 (4 pm) and your leaving time is 09:00 (9 am). Depending on availability, these times can be changed for a small extra fee. No drop of luggage please, for the simple reason we have no place to store it safely, except in your room :which keys you shell take, if your staff is there. For the keys and towels a 20 euro (or 7000 HUF) deposit is to be paid upon arrival. The towels cannot be taken to the beach. You will get the deposit back when you leave.
Garbage: yellow bags: tin cans, plastic bottles, milk cartons. Communal garbage in kitchen bins.
The apartment is on the first floor, under the roof, so a part of the place has a low ceiling, and the staircase is steep (but safe). The cancellation policy is strict.
Harsfaapartman a network Bator333 is a password for the wifi.
The staircase is outside, so you don´t need to get in the building in any common space till you reach your private balcony with sitting outside furniture. You will enjoy a nice private room with a comfortable double bed, led TV with Direct One channels HBO MAX and fast wifi, shower, bathroom and a tea kitchen. In the bathroom you will find a hair dryer, towels - please don´t take them to the beach - shower gel, hand washing soap and toilet paper. In the kitchen there´s a microwave, coffee machine, fridge , kitchen paper, towel, glasses, cups, cutlery, a chopping board. You will find also ground coffee and sugar, salt and some basic spices. Very limited cooking and baking possibility though: only in microwave. Free (but not enclosed) parking possibility in front of or next to the house. If your group is coming with more than one car or a car bigger than a compact size, or your car needs special care (i.e. flat parking), please let us know in advance.
Our house is located 7 minutes walk from the train station Balatonszéplak Felső. Near to the train station you will find lots of restaurants, coffee houses, pubs and a supermarkt (Spar). Nearby is also a free and big beach, with the yacht haven Calypso, which is also the name of a big restaurant immediately at the water. The beach is long, with grass and trees if you look for shadow, and is child friendly. There are stairs to step easily into the water.

Airbnb sometimes deley in messiging, feel free to communicate in those numbers.We can pick you up by car from the station for a small fee. Please inform us early enough about your timings and the amount of people you are coming. Without this information in advance we will not be able to offer this service.

Kedves Érdeklődő, pár pontot jeleznék: Tökéletes baráti, családi összejövetelekre, beszélgetésre. Kerti sütés, bor/sörözés. Nem alkalmas hangoskodásra, partira. Ha ez a szándék, kérlek ne ide foglalj, mert el leszel küldve. 20 euro (vagy ennek megfelelő forint) kaució kulcs, törölközőre -ne vidd le a strandra!-kp fizetendő a helyszínen. Szemét: Sárga zsákba konzervdoboz, sörös doboz, tejes doboz, tetrapack, üdítős műanyag flakonok. Konyhai szemetesbe kommunális szemét. Köszönöm.
Az érkezés napján az apartmant általában 16óránál nem előbb foglalhatod el, és távozás napján reggel legkésőbb 9ig el kell hagynod.Plusz pénzért ez esetenként változtatható. A lak az első emeleten van, tetőtérben, ezért helyenként a mennyezet alacsony, és a lépcső meredek. A lemondási feltételem szigorú.
Parkoló ingyenes és nyitott a ház előtt, -az utcára MERŐLEGESEN állj be a ház elé, ne párhuzamosan-és szemben a zöld területen. Ha több mint egy autóval érkezel, vagy az autód nagy méretű, vagy valamilyen különleges kívánságod van vele kapcsolatban, azt kérlek előre jelezd. Az apartmant külső,meredek lépcsőn keresztül lehet megközelíteni, és sehol sem kell az épületbe belépned, mielőtt a saját teraszodat, kiülős bútorral eléred.Innen nyílik egy kis szoba, dupla ággyal, led TV, direct one csatornákkal, stabil wifi, zuhanyzós fürdő és teakonyha. Fürdőben hajszárító, törölközők-kérném a strandra nem levinni-tusfürdő, kézmosó szappan, WC papír. Konyhában:konyhai papír, konyharuha, mikró, kávégép,hűtő . Evőeszköz, tányér, pohár kávésbögre, vágódeszka,darált kávé, cukor, só és alap fűszerek. Főzni ,sütni csak a mikróban lehet.
A házunk Balatonszéplak Felső vasút állomástól kb 10 perc sétára van, az állomástól 6 perc séta a szabadstrand. Füves, fás, gyerekbarát, játszóteres. Vitorláskikötő, és étterem, Calipso néven itt található. Strand felé éttermek, fagyizók, Spár bolt, és kiülős helyek vannak.Kérlek, ha már tudod, h mikor érkezel, jelezd.
