R&R was friendly and nice to talk with. Place was exactly same as the photo, however toilet is composing toilet which you can actually see your business.. also water seems to be rainwater or something (sink tap and shower) as it was showing light brownish colour, so make sure you bring your own drinking water. Other than these two, there are wild kangaroos right in front of the house, fire pit was great (Rodney fills up firewood everyday).

We had the pleasure of staying at Groovy Retro Retreat and it was one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at! The space had a charming feel to it and it was very neat and well-maintained. The hosts Rod and Rita were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was stunning and allowed us to enjoy peaceful walks and immerse ourselves in nature. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Hunter Valley.

We had a charming stay at Rita&Rod’s. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire place and the music room. Hosts are super friendly and instructions were extremely clear. Rita and Rod provided us with lot’s of tips for activities in the neighbourhood. A real Airbnb experience!

I booked the place for my parents and they absolutely loved their stay. It was peaceful and beautiful. Rita and Rodney were delightful hosts, very responsive and helpful. 100% recommended!

Had a great stay in Hunter Valley in this lovely/cozy home. Rod and Rita were very friendly and helpful offering plenty of ideas and insight on things worth checking out in the area.
