We liked our stay here for the sea view, spacious outdoor patio and the cozy decor. The host is also great. They made sure to contact us on time and provided support all the time - really appreciate it. The downside of the place is the staircases down to the room which don’t look safe at night amidst the construction sites, especially if you are a lady traveling alone. It’s very dark and quiet if you need to walk back at night. We could hear the stepping sounds from the ppl who live upstairs which is not great if you are a light sleeper.

It was sweet, cozy and charming. The space was small, but multifunctional. The stairs were steep but we had a minimart and a small restaurant just a small hike away. Would recommend if you’re looking for something low maintenance in a good location.

Gorgeous place with stunning views over Bingin beach. Room is small but the terrace is super spacious and just like the pictures. Patricia and Panji were very communicative and helpful. We really appreciated Panji’s help with late check in and the suitcases up and down the stairs. The monkeys and local dogs also paid us a visit - we found them entertaining. Great stay overall - would recommend!

Was an unreal Villa in a very beautiful spot. The hospitality from Patricia and Panji was A1, helping us with whatever we needed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Patricia's place is lovely and she and Panji were such wonderful hosts! They went above and beyond to help me and enhance my stay. The bed was comfortable and the place had everything I needed. The real star of the show is the beautiful outdoor space. Great food on the beach in case you don't want to go far. I felt very safe and comfortable there.
