it may not be a five-star resort but it's clean and in a great area! there was no point in my trip I felt like I was going to get bored at all and the location is well centered for traveling around Branson.

The only problem we had with place was the tv was not able to turn volume high enough to hear movies Toilet handle fell off

Everything was how it was listed but next door they started doing renovations that were very loud before our checkout.

Very clean. Easily hear noise on street. Keep fan on for white noise. A little unnerving that the main sign on street is out so looks like it is abandoned. Besides that room was nice.

Easy access with a key code, responsive host, only complaint was a mildew type Oder which Host said they would take care of
