We originally booked for three nights but wifi difficulties meant that we had to leave after one night. This was unfortunate as the apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed/stocked. There is not a view, but it also has a roomy outside seating area for the summer and is perfectly located at the edge of the old town. Free parking is within 5-15 minutes walk depending on the time of day. Our dealings with the host were fast and despite us staying for one night, she kindly reimbursed our booking in full with the exception of the cleaning fee. She called out the wifi technicians who responded and start working on the problem the next morning. We had aleady made alternative non refundable arrangements so could not stay but presumeably it was resolved. We appreciated the response from the host and also the support provided by AirBnB helpline from whom we sought advice. Our problem should not deter anyone booking this nice apartment.

We had a month at Ornella's apartment. Everything about the stay was excellent (including the weather!). Ornella's communication beforehand was very helpful and Mrs Caterina was on hand to help with check-in at our preferred time. The flat is very comfortable and spacious, with everything you might need. It is also well located close to the centre, the Kasbah and the sea/harbour. Yet it was very quiet and safe too. There are lots of excellent restaurants in Mazara and wonderful walking along the shore and through the town and especially the Kasbah. It also makes a great base for exploring Segesta and Agrigento. Highly recommended.

Ci siamo trovato molto bene nell'alloggio di Ornella. La casa era completa di qualsivoglia cosa. Oltre ciò Ornella è sempre stata presente in ogni nostra esigenza. Host super consigliato!!!
