All I can say is the pictures do not do this place Justice at all. It was so much bigger than we expected. My family of 5 and I were so comfortable. I’m a big cook and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a big breakfast everyday. Not to mention the apartment was literally walking distance to grocery stores. It’s even close to delis if you have a teenager who only wants to eat chopped cheese sandwiches!! We had a little trouble with the Wi-Fi but I whenever I messaged the host the response was quick and the issues was resolved almost immediately. I love when I stay somewhere and I just feel right at home. At M Nuruls apartment we felt that as soon as we walked in. The location was great a bus ride away from the New York Botanical Gardens(which is amazing in the fall), Bronx Zoo and my new favorite place Little Italy in the Bronx. I will for sure stay here again especially when traveling with 3 or more people.

Everything was great and very cozy There was one night the keypad on the door was locked and we couldn’t get in but Nurul responded fast a solved the issue. Other than that everything went very well.

The property had roach infestations they were in the refrigerator and even on the counter near our food , we were upset that we had to stay there because we found out last min that there was a insect problem. The bathroom was dirty and there were no cleaning products to clean it we had to buy our own , it was terrible

We were looking for an affordable house for our family's visit to New York City, and this place fit the bill. We commuted into Manhattan each day, and it took about 30 minutes. The house we stayed in is the upstairs unit, and access was easy with clear instructions. The hosts were always very responsive and willing to help. The unit was clean and neat, and the kitchen is nice and newly remodeled. We did have some issues with the wi-fi not working, but everything else was as described. Note that some of the pictures in the listing are for the other unit. However, the three spacious bedrooms is indeed correct. There are window air conditioners in each of the three bedrooms but none in the kitchen/dining/living room area, so during the hot spell we had in New York, it was only comfortable in the bedrooms. Finally, parking in the neighborhood was very challenging for us.
